If you purchase Fun Tickets, they do not have an expiration date. We do not give refunds on Fun Tickets or exchange them for tokens. If your group falls under the number that is required for Group Sales Discount you will still be charged for your Party Package Option minimum amount. If you have preordered food you will be responsible for full payment for the amount irregardless the size of the group. $50.00 Deposit. Deposite nonrefundable for Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled party. (Unless weather related) no refunds. Store credit or reschedule only. Return Check Fee $35.00 FOOD: Food Orders, number of Meal Deals, or food options must be called in by noon the day before your party. If Adult chaperones or Parents are attending and are not included in your party package totals please inform us when you reserve party if you need additional meals or food may not be available for them. Weekday's if food is not requested the restaurant will be closed during the party. Vending machine drinks still available. If placing an order for a Cake, Vegetable or Fruit Tray you must give a three day notice. Cake, Vegetable & Fruit Trays must be called in 4 days in advance. Requests for Adding Extra Options or Additional Food may only be done by the person who reserved the party. These cannot be purchased separetly; all is included in the group bill. Any purchased separately are charged regular price. RESERVED TIME IS UP TO 3 HOURS TOTAL, Please note no early arrivals. If you order food an additional 1/2 hour is added to your group time for a total of 3 1/2 hours. All of our activities involve some risk on behalf of participants. Accidents & injuries are possible, but as paid participants you and your guests are excepting the risks associated with these activities. In case of medical attention Stoney Creek Roller Rink & Fun Center, owners, managers & employees will not be liable for any accidents or medical costs. Please help us avoid accidents and injuries by stressing to your guests the importance of listening & following any directions given & posted. (Socks are required for skating & indoor playland).Some attractions/activities have height requirements. Please make all chaperones & guests aware of the Rules Posted and also Height Requirements for attractions. All patrons of the facility must follow these guidelines. No exceptions. Stoney Creek reserves the right to substitute items of equal value. Decorations can only be table top items or ballons. No decorations may be taped or attached to the walls or trim. No Confetti. Goody bags & ballons are allowed only if they are distributed to guests as they are leaving the facility. Damage to facility from abusive use of equipment in the building or throwing food or dirnks on walls & carpets will result in a fee for extra cleaning and you will also be held liable for any damages to furnishings and or property and will pay for any costs occurred to replacment or repair. Adult Chaperones or Parents 18 years old & up have Free Admission, however they must pay for any attractions. Balance due must be paid at the day of the party unless prior arrangements made with the events coordinator. If the event is billed the payment is due upon receipt. Bills over 30 days late are subject to a 1.5% monthly late fee. Please note not all attractions or the restaurant is open weekdays, unless prior arrangements have been made. NO OTHER DISCOUNTS CAN BE USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH GROUP SALES. EXAMPLE: BUY ONE GET ONE FREE, FREE ADMISSIONS, DISCUONT COUPONS. Please do not leave small children unattended. Please remind your group of our posted rules and regulations. Anyone who cannot abide those rules will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.
