NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK IS ALLOWED
IN THE FACILITY (EXCEPT BIRTHDAY CAKES!!)
- A non-refundable deposit is due at booking.
Cancellation must be received at least 48 hours prior to the party, no
refunds store credit only. PAYMENT FOR PARTY IS DUE AT THE END
OF THE RESERVED PARTY ROOM TIME, ONLY AFTER FULL PAYMENT WILL YOUR PARTY RECEIVE GAME TOKENS.
- PARTY TIME 3 HOURS TOTAL, FIRST 1 ½ HOURS
RESERVED PARTY ROOM OR TABLE TIME IF #6 PACKAGE MINI PARTY, ALL
ITEMS MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE PARTY ROOM AT THE END OF 1 ½ HOUR RESERVED
TIME.
Reversed parties start the first 90 minutes of the party out in the
facility and the last 90 minutes is reserved room time Please arrive on
time and leave room on time. Changes to party structure are not
permitted if party room time exceeds 90 minutes you will be subject to an
additional charge. YOU MAY ARRIVE NO EARLIER THAN 10 TO 15 MINUTES
BEFORE START TIME OF PARTY. Please note hostess serves food
& drink to room and hostess does not remain in the room to serve cake
& ice cream.
- Changes to party package or extra food options must be
made at least 1 day prior.(NOTE: EXCEPT FRUIT &
VEGETABLE TRAYS & CAKE ORDERS MUST BE PLACED NO LATER THAN WEDNESDAY
THE WEEK OF THE PARTY) Please call the day before with extra pizza -DO
NOT EMAIL FOOD REQUESTS. Food requests made that day may not be
available and must be made thru the front counter.
- All of our activities involve some risk on behalf of
participants. Accidents & injuries are possible, but as paid
participants you and your guests are excepting the risks associated with
these activities. In case of medical attention Stoney
Creek Roller Rink & Fun Center L.L.C., owners, managers &
employees will not be liable for any accidents or medical costs. Please
help us avoid accidents and injuries by stressing to your guests the
importance of listening & following any directions given &
posted.
- (Socks are required for skating & indoor play
land). (Note Height restrictions on activities).
- We cannot accept responsibility for storing gifts and
personal belongings, therefore make other arrangements.
- Stoney Creek reserves the right to
substitute items of equal value.
- Decorations can only be table top items or balloons
only. No decorations may be taped or attached to the
walls or trim. No Confetti. Goody bags &
balloons are allowed only if they are distributed to guests as they are
leaving the facility.
- Damage to rooms from excessive use such as throwing
cake or drinks on walls & carpets will result in a $50.00 fee for
extra cleaning. You will be held liable for any damage to room
furnishing and or property and will pay for any costs occurred in
replacement or repair.
- Anyone 4 – 17 years who informs us that they were
invited will be counted as a guest if not a guest they must pay
admission. 2 & under FREE ADMISSION. ADULTS FREE
ADMISSION. Food, Drinks or Attraction Tickets are not provided for
adults & 2 and under, these must be purchased separately see Extra
Options for pricing.
- The Contact person is solely responsible for full
payment of party & adding any extra options.
- Return Check Fee $35.00.
- We automatically set up and serve for 16 children,
please call day before if you want us to add children to your
package. If we set up for extra children we will automatically
charge for any extra children you request.
- #6 Mini party options does not include invitations or
place settings, you must provide these.
- In case of bad weather and the facility is closed and
you are unable to have your party please call the facility and your
deposit is fully refundable. You can also reschedule or a store credit is
available
- Attraction Tickets are valid only on the day of the
party.
- WE DO NOT MAKE SUBSTITUTIONS OR EXCHANGES WITH
PARTY PACKAGE OPTIONS! NO EXCEPTIONS!!
